Florida-Native, Kimberly Roehl, obtained her FL Real Estate license in 2004 and at the demands of her clients, obtained her Real Estate Broker’s License and started Island Destinations, a boutique real estate company. Kimberly is a trusted friend and Holmes Beach local committed to providing professional real estate services to her clients and customers.

When Kimberly and her husband, Chris, escaped 9 to 5 living, they switched careers. Kimberly is proud of her role working for Publix Super Markets for 16 years where she worked in store management and at their corporate office as an Internal Auditor. Kimberly graduated cum laude from Saint Leo University with a degree in Business. Chris graduated from the University of South Florida and has an MBA from the University of Colorado. Chris is a former Biologist and Contract Project & Financial Manager for Bausch & Lomb Pharmaceuticals. Now, Chris is a licensed General Contractor and builds new homes on Anna Maria Island.

Together, Chris and Kimberly purchased a fixer-upper canal home, decided to tear it down and built their dream home in Holmes Beach. Kimberly and Chris have a daughter, Isabella. Together, they enjoy the island’s outdoor, casual lifestyle spending time by the pool, boating or enjoying the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island.
